Usually a mess like this can be expected when a child begins to eat on their own. Mom is to blame for the lack of aim documented in these pictures. I guess mixed veggies effect the aerodynamics of the spoon as it careens toward the baby's mouth. Maya seemed happy to wear the veggies and even took time out from her dinner to pose for these pictures. Good times were had by all...until the clean-up process began.
