Ithaca, we have arrived!

Well, we've finally moved and settled in to our new home in Ithaca. On the morning of July 30th, we arrived at Newark International Airport and found our way to the Ramada Inn to get some sleep before we made the 4 hour drive to Ithaca. Even though we were only in Newark, New Jersey for a short period of time, I have no desire to ever return. Everything you have ever heard about Newark is true and if you haven't heard anything before, go see Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle!
The next day we took a trip to Target Greatland and went on a shopping spree, purchasing all the essential items we would need during our stay here in Ithaca. With a packed rental car, we drove four hours through NJ, PA, and finally arrived to Ithaca, NY. We stayed one last night in a much nicer Ramada Inn while we waited to move into our new apartment located on Cornell University's north campus.
Since August 1st, Chris and I have been setting up our new apartment, a new bank account, cell phones, and doing lots of dishes (we don't have a dishwasher). To see pictures of our new home, click here.
Today my Parents, Kevin and his girlfriend Christine are on there way from Albany New York, where they flew into last night, to visit us in Ithaca and see the sights in and around the Finger Lakes. I'll make sure to take some pictures and post them as soon as I can.
